Just wondering what everyone wore for theirs. We are taking them in a park near hear and I was thinking of wearing jeans brown hiking boots and a long sleeve black v neck tee. We will be using these for our invitations. Any ideas?

What type of wedding are you having? I would say the engagement pic on the invitation should reflect the wedding (formal, casual, etc). That's not saying you can't have a couple different engagement pics. Take some casual and some formal and then just pic what you like for the invitation. I personally love black and white pics. If you end up doing b&w remember black & white clothes tend to look nicest in those pics. As for color pics it really just depends on what overall effect you are going for. Definately try to match&blend both your colors so they look nice together.

We had ours done in a park as well, and we wore jeans... Our wedding is considered formal, but we don't want it to be stuffy, and it just wouldn't of been "us" if we had gotten all dressed up for our engagement pics.  I think we had more fun being ourselves.  I think that if you want to do casual pics it's fine.. Like I said that's exactly what we did, and I don't regret it, everyone loved them.
