Hey all. Does anyone know if dehydrated fruit can be used as a substitute for regular fruit-I work in a place that doesnt really have a fridge & sometimes it gets kinda stuffy in the small office so real fruit would spoil easily, but dehydrated fruit wont-so one of my questions is this: Can the dehydrated fruit be substituted for regular fruit? Like instead of a banana-how about a handful of dehydrated banana chips? Any comments on if this is the same, or is it not as healthy?
And my 2cd question is: Can drinks made from a juicer w/ fresh fruits & veggies be ok to sub for a meal & is it filling? Thanks all!
