Has anyone tried Pilates for a long period of time? I have been sick with a chest cold for a week (i'm on medication now) but can't do any strenuous workouts till it clears up. I have been doing Pilates for a couple days, but I just wondered if anyone tried it and got great results. My future plan is to do it 3 mornings a week to do my abdominal work out, then go to the gym for a cardio/weight training workout three-four evenings a week when my cold clears up. Let me know if Pilates worked for you! Thanks!
