Need help for my fiance

My fiance got the aug/sept 2004 issue of modern bride. On page 161 there is an article named 'A Health New Start'. She is very interested in the dress in the photo, but we have not found a designer, maker or a dress similar to that one. Please, can someone could help me find out where I can find the dress for her, or at least point me in a direction to go
