cake stand from MODERN BRIDE RECEPTION STYLE

I want to purchase the cake stands of varying sizes to use for my own cupcake tower cake. The stands appear on page 69 of the reception style issue, on newstands now. They have a latice edge with ribbon wound around the edge. The magazine doesn't give any information for the stands???? Any help?
