mother-daughter dance?

what do ya'll think about a mother-daughter dance instead of a father-daughter dance? My daddy passed away about a year and a half ago, so i dont have a step father or anything... my mommy and i are real close and ive already decided that she's gonna walk me down the aisle, but i've never heard of a mother-daughter dance at a wedding before. sort of an odd situation, i know... can anyone offer ideas? thanks!
