Wedding tradition: Posted: Jan 7, 2005 8:20 PM; My son is planning to be married and in lieu of the standard unity candle they would like to use sand in some way. This was apparently done on a show that they viewed and they liked it. The problem is, they are not familiar with the words said or the way the sand is moved from one place to another.

Does anyone know of anything like this?
