Philadelphia Dress Shopping

Morning Ladies - I'm spending Thanksgiving weekend in Delaware and all the ladies are planning on going dress shopping with me the day after Turkey.  I've heard that there is a dress wholesaler in Philly somewhere.  Does anyone have any particulars?  Or if not that, any other suggestions.  Thanks!
