I love weight watchers, I did it through my work last summer and lost 30lbs, so it really works, but your head has got to be in it, I just recently joined and quit (a month later) because I cant keep myself on track...you count points with everything you eat in addition to writing down everything you put in your mouth, and while sometimes it can get very annoying, if you do it, it will work, unfortunately the moment you slack off it will show, it does help that you have to weigh in every week, I think it helped me because when I was doing it at work me and my friend were secretly competing against each other so that kept me motivated, but I think with all the wedding stuff I have going on, its not a good time for me right now, so I bought an elliptical machine instead and I take my stress out on that! But I must say after doing weight watchers I have learned some good eating habits, I think twice before I put somthing in my mouth now. So as long as you want it and your willing to stick to it and have motivation than it will definitely work for you!! So good luck and let us know how your doing in a few weeks!! I hope this helped a little! :)

It is truly amazing! I just started and I have lost 10 pounds, I feel so much better already. My mom and I are doing it together and my fiance is very supportive. Counting the points becomes a game and do I dare say..fun! You can't lie to yourself, keep track of everything and choose the right points value. I want to lose another 15 pounds and I will feel really great about myself.

If you want to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off there really is no better way.

I honestly think it's the only plan that works.

And if you like message board...go to www.weightwatchers.com or www.weightwatchers.ca (wherever you are from) and chat about your journey, share tips, etc. I'm a member of the Canadian boards, and I find the ladies VERY helpful (when I'm following the plan...not now for obvious reasons, lol!)

I was on weight watchers too! and i lost about 10 pounds. =)
Very glad with the weight loss but I needed to lose more to fit nicely into my clothes.
then i found this very amazing slimming leggings from fitandsharp.com
They are so comfortable and can be worn under your clothes. The best
part is that the double-knit fabric they are made from actually tone
you as you run through the day. They firm your problem areas and after
only one month of using them, my jeans were fitting looser.

You should definitely check them out.

Check out their wide assortments of undergarments at their website, http://www.fitandsharp.com

Let me know if it works for you all!
