Engagement ring - lost the ring

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find the perfect ring and I had my partner find the one she liked. That was 6 months ago and now I want to get it and surprise her with it but I cant find it anymore. She found it on google image search. I'm totally screwed. Can anyone suggest where it might have come from or where I can get it? Thanks!
