In order to lose weight you need to change your lifestyle completely. Going on "Diets" and detoxes are just ridiculous. It is all about psychology and will power. If you feel like you're depriving yourself, you will always associate healthy eating as punishment and you'll start rewarding yourself with bad food. Find something different to treat yourself with like strawberries and stay away from fade diets. Its all about permanent change.

I have a way of losing weight, in fact as long as before dinner drink a cup of plain boiled water can reduce weight, insist. You can put on beautiful wedding dress!

I agree you should be very careful about what diets you try and avoid fad diets. I understand the pressure of looking good on the day but be careful not to over do it. Your health is more important ladies.
