Take care of your hair! You should already be doing this anyway but if your hair is in poor condition then it can take 6 months to bring it back to full condition so you can't start too soon. Visit our online store to check out products that can help you here or visit your hairdresser and ask their advice. If you wish to colour your hair then you might want to consider conditioners etc that will return any moisture/condition lost to the colouring process.

I would recommend offering a compromise. You can agree to give the cousin a shot for a smaller occasion, but going to a recent graduate to get your hair done for your once-in-a-lifetime event is not reasonable. Your fiancee's family should understand that.

It is your day not hers. If you don't want her to do it then say "No, but thank You for the offer" You could always say you've worked out the style with you stylist already. Whatever you say keep it short and sweet to nip this issue in the bud. No one will dwell on this once the wedding is over. Remember whatever her reaction, it will be short lived - unlike your wedding photos.
