Loosing weight

Hi my names Breanna. I'm getting married in November and I can't wait!Recently though I've put on some extra pounds. Now i need to loose it but I'm having a hard time staying on track. Anyone have any ideas to help me stay on track and keep me motivaded to work out?

Breanna,

I would suggest using a food and exercise journal. It seems like a pain in the butt at first to write down everything you eat and every time you work out, but I have found it really effective. You can see which days you ate more than normal and know to work out more to compensate for it. I use MyFitnessPal on my ipod to track everything and I have loved it.

The best way to lose weight is to start joining exercise program either Yoga or Aerobic and start eating food that less in calories like fruits and vegetables.
