I'm so glad things are working out for you! I'm the same way with jewelry...so I get it :) and the ring wrap sounds like a cool idea.

I had a 15 month engagement as well. It just happened that we got engaged on New Year's Eve and wanted a spring wedding(husband did not want hot weather) and had to do marriage preparation stuff...so it just took longer. You said it best, you can't win! It'll work out fine :)

that sounds like a great update, I too had some ring disappointment, but mainly because it was the stone of a family member, but we agreed to have it reset into something more me. good luck!
