JULY BRIDES!! -work out with me!

I wanted to work out for the next four months and lose 30-40lbs doing the following regime with a healthy diet:

Workout schedule:

Jumping Jacks 2
minutes

Push-Ups, 2 minutes
Oblique Crunches, 2
minutes

Reverse Crunch, 2 minutes
Bench step ups
2 minutes

Squats 2 miinutes
Lunges, 2 minutes


Im currently 5'9 and 195lbs. Who wants to join me and do this?
Im also debating whether I should do this 1x in the morning and thats it or 2x a day as it doesnt take long to do. Any recommendations?

That is an interesting routine... I would try it twice a day and see how you do. It depends on your fitness level. Are you doing weights with the squats and lunges? Or are you just doing your body weight? Make sure you have the proper form because you could really hurt yourself. Personally I think you probably should add a little more cardio to your routine...Even if you walked 2-3 times a day for ten minutes.

I am also a July bride (3rd) so good luck :)

Thank you for the recommendations. =) I was thinking I would just use my body weight and no weights but the walking/running is something I was also debating and you confirmed what I wanted so I will probably add that in as well.

I STARTED MY LOW CARB DIET LAST MONTH IT HELPED ALOT I LOOK GREAT SO FAR.
