Bridal Shower Themes...do they really work?

I have been told by my bridesmaids that they are having a bridal shower and the theme is "Around the Clock". Everyone gets a time of day and they are suppose to bring something that pertains to that time. Has anyone ever done this or attend one and if so do people participate or not? Thanks Smile
