I recently received an email about the SELF magazine challenge, checked it outline, and thought it was worth sharing. It is a 3-month get fit program that doesn't require a gym or a really tough diet-it is all about working out and eating healthy. It is free to do and once you sign up, you have a fitness/workout log where you track your workouts and it automatically calculates the number of calories you're burning, and there is also a food diary where you enter in what you ate, when, and where. It sounds cheezy but being able to type in that you worked out on the eliptical or went walking for 15 minutes gives you a sense of accomplishment.
