Bahamas - Out Island Paradise

I was asked in an earlier post about a honeymoon hideaway. Where to go to find a relaxed,non tourist run area, with beautiful beaches and fantastic water.......check out Cat Island. If you want nightclubs,bars,casinos and thousands of tourists,Cat Island is not your place.
If you want gorgeous, pure white sand beaches that stretch for miles, crystal clear water, sun, long walks on the beach all to yourself, wonderful local people, fresh lobster and conch, fresh grouper,snapper & Mahi Mahi, Cat Island is the place.
Truly a magic place without the molestation of 1000's of tourists and screaming kids. Check out my favorite,The Boathouse on Cat Island, www.catislandboathouse.com for a beautiful private home on a fantastic beach. The website has "guest reviews" from a number of honeymooners! Other private homes can also be found on vrbo.com (look at Shangri La). Rent a home by the week, and live on a private white sand beach for under $1400/week-7 nights.

Check out Cat Island! A non-stop flight from Fort Lauderdale on either Continental Airlines or Lynx Air.

If you are going to make up a story, then atleast make up a logical one.

The email was from an earlier posting and before our computer crashed. If this is seen as an advertisement for
Cat Island than so be it; Cat Island is a wonderful getaway and not on the usual path. VRBO is general website and hosts 100's of private homes, by many owners, on many islands . I have stayed in two of them so I mentioned those. Sammy T's and the Pigeon Cay Beach Club are small inns on Cat Island that are also very private, on fantastic beaches, that host many honeymooners and a few small weddings. Their websites can be found through Google search.
If you do not have anything pleasant to contribute, please keep your venom to yourself.

You come here for free advertisement!! You actually lose business by coming here and getting your "free advertisement."

That just really pissed me off.

If "Cat Island" is so wonderful, then why are you having to stoop so low as to ILLEGALLY advertise on this forum. Unless you are like Howard (Magical Moments Photography) and have worked out a plan with Brides in which you pay and have a contract to advertise on this forum, then your advertisements are not welcome.

Gosh vendors get on my nerves!
