What to carry with me to India (my wedding destination)?

Hey girls....

Me and my fiancee live in California but are originally from India and we are going back to New Delhi to get married in December 2009.

I feel that I may not find everything I need once I go back for the wedding...like makeup, cute hair accessories, bags or even things for the wedding etc.

So, I want to know if anyone here has any advice on what I should take with me or an experience they can share about this??
