Maybe I'm expecting to lose more than what is realistic, but I'm a little discouraged because I've been doing Pilates 3 mornings a week and doing some cardio and toning 2 afternoons a week for a couple weeks and I have see absolutely no change. I've been eating better. My only snacks are fruits and veggies, and I'm not overeating at meals. I have seen no difference in weight and no difference in inches. Is anyone else discouraged? Any suggestions?
