Girls, I am getting married in less than 5 months. I joined a gym a month ago, and I'm trying to eat right while exercising as much as my busy schedule will allow, but I haven't seen any results. I'm a teacher, and I also tutor everyday after school so I tend to eat whatever I can on the run. My diet isn't BAD but it's not "low fat" either. In fact, I don't have time to cook and most "low fat" things are expensive. Any suggestions?
