Pronovias has a dress like that, but they are $$. Try Eden Bridal to stay in your price range.

I found this one by applying some of your criteria to the dress search engine on this site. It's a Group USA, allover beaded lace, priced somewhere between $500-$1000.

This one is at David's Bridal for $450. This is part of the description: Halter swiss dot tulle trumpet with lace applique, detachable watteau train.

(Copying pic was not working)

Also something you may want to consider: Many zip-ups can be altered to be lace-up/corset backs.

I found this one at Mary's Bridal. It's priced between $960 and $1080, so only slightly more than you wanted to spend... and who knows, you may be able to find it cheaper. It comes with a long train that is detachable.

I also found this one, priced at $670-$750:

(for some reason it's not wanting to let me drag the pictures....)
