We got engaged January 2009 which was a total surprise because I wasn't expecting it till at least March! My Fiance custom designed my ring with my granmother's diamonds from her wedding ring!! It means so much to me and is so much prettier in person. This is a picture from Robbins Brothers which was the inspiration for my ring and is mostly similar. If the pictures don't work then here's the link (http://robbinsbrothers.com/engagement-rings/engagement-ring-detail.asp?prod_id=32361&pType=ring&set_shape=undefined)

He picked this ring out 4 years ago, but then when he went to buy it the jeweler didn't carry it any more, so he had to have it specially made. We got engaged March 13, 2009. :)

I Looove my ring!! My uncle actually made it which was really awesome, It's hard to see the detail on the side, but my band has the same details on the sides and 14 of the round diamonds that match my e-ring band :-)

MrsAllyBerry, that ring is so unique! I love it!!

I finally took some pictures of my ring. I am such a lucky gal!
The center stone is a 1 ct. canary diamond bezel set in 18 ct. yellow gold.
The surrounding stones are white diamonds set in 18 ct. rose gold, and the band is 18 ct. white gold.
I love my ring! It is exactly what I wanted. He designed the ring himself, working with a custom jeweler in California.

I love looking at everyone's rings....so pretty, ladies!

Here is mine (with my wedding band now that we are married) It's a nearly 1.7 carat HOF, VS1 clarity, I color RB center in the HOF Felicity Ribbon setting. Paired with the 1.5 carat HOF Multiplicity eternity band. I could not love the set more...sparkle, sparkle!

Nic somehow knew exactly what I wanted! I am not a fancy girl and didn't want anything extremely glitzy, and he produced this 3 stone princess cut in a corona setting! The 3 stones represent past, present, and future, and its very fitting for our story. :) I still can't believe he had it sent all the way out here to Iraq!!!

Fun fact about this picture... the background is the house of prophet Abraham. One of the perks of being proposed to in the combat zone is some excellent historical sites for photo ops! :)

And here I am in my tent, taking pictures on my webcam to send to hubby-to-be, who is currently stationed about 150 miles away from me in the desert!
