Gift for MOH - help!

Hi all! I'm trying to think of a gift for my MOH (even though she isn't standing up with me - it's just my fiance/husband-to-be and me standing). However, my best friend and pseudo-MOH has been SO helpful and wonderful I want to get her a gift... I just haven't a clue what. She and her husband are well off and she can pretty much buy herself anything she wants and I'm horrible at picking out gifts for her because she is pretty particular in what she likes.

Is this a case of jewelry? A necklace or bracelet or something? Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks!

As a former MOH, my cousin gave me a dainty gold heart bracelet and I will always cherish it. 

Is there a special inside joke that you share from the planing process?  If so see if you can make a small basket for her of little reminders of them, or a really nice pic of the two of you in the planning process in a pretty frame...

Here's what I gave my MOH:

A satin robe from VS, a cute overnight bag from VS, a VS lipgloss, a notebook (b/c she always is writing stuff down), and a snowglobe from Things Remembered that had her name and "Maid of Honor" engraved on it. She loved them ALL!

i got my MOH(my sister) a big with her name on it and i filled it with bath salts, candles, and other odds and ends

Maybe get her a gift certificate to a spa or something, so she can have a day to herself, or the both of you go and you pay for her...

I second the spa day. Or since she's well off (i have that issue with by MOH as well) get something of sentimental value. I had a picture of us digitally painted and enlarged. It came out beautifully and it looks hand painted.
