In the strictest sense, as my friend learned the hard way unfortunately, if you tell them "no", and they don't stop in this manner, it is sexual harassment (clarify: She wasn't doing the harassing. She was the harassee, but we didn't know that if you don't tell them to stop that they can't get into trouble for it.)

Tell him no, if you are really wanting to keep a good thing going for yourself and your child... If he doesn't stop, take it up with the higher ups.
