How long are you waiting to have a baby?: Posted: May 19, 2005 3:18 PM; We got married May 1, 2004 and were planning to wait about 2 years to start trying. But OOPS! I got preggers in December! We're thrilled but everyone seems so surprised that we didn't wait longer. Of course, we're both over 30 so I'm surprised anyone's surprised!
