I'm assuming you are using silk flowers since you want to keep it?
You could use it as part of a flower arrangement in your home. I still use one of the bouquets I caught at a friend's wedding last summer as part of my summer flower arrangement on my fireplace mantle.
My cousin had hers put in sort of a shadow box with her tiara and garter and has it displayed beautifully in a guest bedroom.
There are tons of things you could do, just get creative!

I want to keep mine as well but i did go with the silk flowers. Since i want to keep mine i made one to toss. You could always have a smaller one made with the same colors to toss. Since yours is fresh flowers you may want to do a shadow box or there is a spray that you can use to preserve flowers, but you would have to spray the flowers every so often. ugh can't remember the name of the stuff. You can get it a craft store.

I hung mine upside down to dry it out after the wedding. You can put it in silica gel as well. After about 2 weeks, which was probably longer than I needed, I sprayed it with 2 coats of clear acrylic spray. It's still in tact. I have it in a vase right now, but am looking to put it in a shadow box of some sort in the near future. That will be displayed in my living room.
