Is this thread dead? lol Well, I think I heard an "around the clock" shower is were each guest is given a time and then they get a gift that would coincide with that time of day. Like for 9am you could get them something to do with making breakfast, or maybe champagne fluts for mimosas! lol For 1pm you could do something like a sandwich maker, or and ice tea maker, or pitcher with matching glasses. Good Luck! Have fun!
We did this for my sister last year. It was loads of fun. Since it's a little unusual, we also put suggestions in the invitation. Things like: morning hours, bring kitchen items (breakfast), nightime hours, bring bedding, evening, bring entertainment. 1 pm is great: you can bring kitchen items (lunch time) or something for an "afternoon delight." :) BTW, the bride opens the gifts in chronological order, starting whenever you decide (ie when she wakes in the morning, or @ 12 midnight--whatever you want) Have fun!
