I'd probably stick with a neutral instead of green. Try black or white. We're doing Orange and Pink with Black dresses for the BMs (orange sashes).

I see those colors together all the time, but then again, I'm in SC and those are the school colors for Clemson.  I would add a neutral as well...

Orange and purple is a fantastic combination!  If you want a tiny burst of color added to that scheme just to create some edge, then a lime green would definitely be a suitable option.  Example - orange roses and dark purple hydrangea would look amazing with green button mums thrown in.

I agree with the other posters - with such a striking color scheme, I would use a neutral to ground it.  Black is fantastic.  It can be worn any time of day, dressed up or down and everyone can use something basic black.  Put your BMDs in black A-line, knee-length dresses (Ariadress.com is a great vendor) and let them choose their own necklines so they'll be comfortable.  Then, select a sash that is either orange or purple.  Or put everyone in one color and your Maid of Honor in the other color.

So many choices!

If you don't like black dresses, a celery green dress would be darling and then have orange & purple bouquets with slight touches of green baby hydrangea.

Have fun!

Orange and purple reminds me of the lovely bird of paradise flower! http://www.hawaiianphotos.net/ImageDetail/F02B_Bird_of_Paradise_270.jpg http://www.sunandseabeachweddings.com/cathysbouquet_op_800x673.jpg http://www.floralmasters.net/go/_working/flowers/bride%20with%20maids.jpg http://www.mermaidbeachweddings.com/bouquettropical.JPG

Orange and purple tulips just by themselves together would look nice and pretty.

(can you tell I was bored! hehe I love looking at flowers and ideas etc so was fun).

I would probably just stick with the purple and orange and let the leaves be the color green – if you wanted to add green accents that would be nice to but main colors orange and purple!

Orange Bridesmaid dresses

Personally I wouldn’t go Orange dresses with then orange and purple flowers etc as it will make the purple seem to dark. I would go with purple dresses and this would lok much nicer with the orange incorporated as a highlight/accent IMO – JMO!

I did orange and green for my wedding, with brown accents, and it was lovely. The BM dresses were a medium, leaf green, and their bouquets were orange. Their bouquets were wrapped with brown ribbon, and the groomsmen had brown ties. The flowers were orange in the reception, but with green accents (leaves) and brown sticks for a modern look. I wouldn't do orange, purple, and green though, because that is almost too much color, and it could overwhelm people. Maybe orange-purple-brown or orange-green-brown. Or replace brown with ivory. Just not three intense colors together, in my opinion.
