You could try Purple Hooters. They're pretty dark purple, maybe even more of a burgendy, but thats the only one I can think of. You could also test out different kinds of alcohol with grape juice and come up with a new signature drink just for your wedding.
A great purple drink is a variation on a Cosmopolitan. It's made exactly the same way as a regular Cosmopolitan except that instead of Cointreu (orange flavored liquor) substitute blue curacao (another orange flavored liquor). Depending on the ratio of cranberry juice to blue curacao, you'll get something in the light violet range.
Another suggestion is to try making a Jolly Rancher martini. Mix 1 part vodka (I actually like watermelon vodka for this one) with 2 parts Puckers grape schnapps. Garnish with a Jolly Rancher lollipop. You may have to look around for the Pucker's Grape. The green apple and watermelon are usually the most common for apple martinis and watermelon martinis.

I had this purple drink at a wedding, and we were all loving it!! It's a lychee cocktail, but it's made with Lichido (which is pink) and Curacao (which is blue) and vodka. Adds up to a really stunning purple color.
