I am putting together gift bags for all of our guests that are staying in the same hotel as we are. What should I say on the note to welcome everyone to Puerto Rico and thank them for coming. I have a rough draft started, but any ideas would be helpful.
Maybe you can throw some culture in it by saying Bienvenidos A Puerto Rico (welcome to puerto Rico). I think the rest of what Nynje said is good too. I like the phrase of making them feel comfortable with their stay. Maybe ou should throw a disposable camera in the bag so that they can have extra pics to take of Puerto Rico too!
For our gift bags, we are having a little baggy inside with a Hershey's hug, kiss, and a Dove promise. Attached to the (or inside) baggy, there will be a little note that says "A marriage of bliss, starts with a hug, a promise and a kiss"
I think that is all you really need to say. Perhaps something like "If you have problems, please don't hesitate to contact us at this number..." That is, if you really don't mind people calling you about a problem, big or small.
