Anyone know anything about Discount Bridal Service?

I had someone contact me from Discount Bridal Service claiming that they could get my bridal gown for 250.00 less than at a Bridal Salon. Has anyone had any experience with this service or know anything about them. They are supposed to have sales reps all over the country. This just seem like a scam.
