I am going to be MOH in my best friend's wedding in a few months and I know I will be expected to give a speech. I'm not a great public speaker, so I thought it might be nice to read a poem (love poem, wedding poem, friend poem?) Any ideas...

A good cake decorator can make buttercream icing look really smooth to get the fondant look without the bad taste (that is why they do buttercream underneath the fondant layer). Here is a pic of my cake done with buttercream.
