Wedding date: 05/05/2007 Wedding location: connecticut-bridgeport About Me Posts(1,947) About Me Middle-aged widow engaged to a widower, and "step-Mom" to his 6-yr-old long-haired German shepherd. About My Wedding Simple, small, and low-key but elegant. Excellent (classical) music for the ceremony was high priority. Ceremony on Saturday morning in Episcopal church where DH is a member and where the priest is a PITA. Buffet brunch immediately following in Congregational church (my church) within walking distance; about 60 guests. Second reception (also a buffet brunch) the next day for my family in California, held at a hotel; about 16 guests. Honeymoon in Hawaii -- we had a blast!!!
