I do think the big flower in the hair is a bit much. You should make sure that you hair falls on the opposite side to the dress strap.

I notice that there are some flower on the dress. I nice idea would be to call up the dress designer and see if they have any extra flowers to pin in your hair (It is very likely that they do) that way the dress and the hair will be more uniform.
