There are two things I can think of 1 is go with clear drinks and just add blue food dye it works pretty well with out adding a funny taste or go with blue magaritas 'sp?' they sell the mix in blue in most grosery stores i've been in and in super wal-mart so that might work for you,

I think there is a drink called a "blue Hawaii" but I can't tell you how it tastes. You may wish to investigate. Also, there are Mai Tais that can be colored blue.

Here are some pretty good websites that I have used.  They allow you to search by color, name, ingredients, and just about anything else you can think of.

www.bardrinks.com and www.webtender.com

I hope one of these works for you.

A blue hawaiian is blue curaco, vodka & pinapple.  They are yummy & tropical.

A more elegrant blue drink is a Bombay saphire gin maritini

Have a great recipe that I actually buy often at bars...

This is pretty much the recipe (I'll check this week to make sure tho)
-Absolut Kurrant Vodka
-Citrus Vodka (or maybe just a squeeze of lemon.....hmmm?)
-Dekypur Blue Island pucker (punch flavored pucker)
-Sour
-Shake!!!
-Rim martini w/SUGAR (colored sugar would look cool)
-DRANK it! : )

might take a few taste testing to make sure on the portions of each ingrediant tho...

I love Blue UV (Raspberry Vodka) and Diet 7up. Some people drink it with Pineapple Juice also.

HPNOTIQ is blue, and it's a great drink for weddings. You can get it anywhere too, and you don't need to add anything else to the drink to make it blue!

I would go with hypnotique. It is very yummy, and If you wanna add more of a kick it is really good with hennessy in it, or whatever you would like really.
