Please email contact@brides.com with the subject "Forum Issue". Include your username, the approximate number of messages missing (about ten, about fifty, about a hundred, etc), the date you noticed that this happened, and specify if whole threads of yours were deleted.

From time to time legitimate posts get deleted along with spam posts--this happens when a user replies to a spam message instead of the OP, when the spam post is deleted so do any replies to the spam.

I'm very sorry that this has happened and I'll do my best to make sure it doesn't happen again.
