Help with designer

So I somehow found myself on this Japanese website while looking at pictures of SugarKei dresses and I saw a dress that really caught my eye. I don't know who the designer is, however, because they are not listed on the site. The site is in Japanese by the way and I translated it but it doesn't say anything about the designer or other information on where to find the dress. I don't know if the dress is made FOR that site/shop or if they took that dress from a known designer and sell it at their shop. I will post a picture of the dress along with the site where I found it.
