Cocktail reception timeline of the day help! Does this seem okay?

Hi there my wedding is in 20 days! I am trying to nail down the reception time line details.
This is what I have so far:
1:30 pm ceremony
2:00 ceremony over--Guests go to reception at a wine bar a few blocks from the ceremony
Bridal party--2:00-2:50 sign marriage license then take pics with immediate family and groomsmen and bridesmaids
2:50-- All head to reception where sangria, wine, bubbles and heavy passed apps and app station...
Mingle with guests, drink, etc
4:30--Cut the cake
5:00--reception winds down and wine bar opens to public
1. I'd probably cut the cake and do toasts at the beginning or middle of the reception instead of the end. 30 minutes isn't really enough time to cut the thing, serve it to guests, and let them eat it before strangers start coming into the venue at 5. You want the event to feel private, right?
2. I might consider having a real exit for you and the groom. That way, guests kind-of get the hint that the reception is over and they're not left going, "Hey, where did everyone go? Who are those strange people coming in and ordering wine?" Maybe you can head out at 4:45 and the wine bar can open at 5:00? Either that or push back the wine bar's opening time.
Just thoughts. Congrats and good luck! Sounds nice!
