Hi my names Breanna. I'm getting married in November and I can't wait!Recently though I've put on some extra pounds. Now i need to loose it but I'm having a hard time staying on track. Anyone have any ideas to help me stay on track and keep me motivaded to work out?
I would suggest using a food and exercise journal. It seems like a pain in the butt at first to write down everything you eat and every time you work out, but I have found it really effective. You can see which days you ate more than normal and know to work out more to compensate for it. I use MyFitnessPal on my ipod to track everything and I have loved it.
