I've never tried the blueprint cleanse because it's too expensive. However I have used a similar cleanse called Kaeng Raeng that's a little bit cheaper.
It comes in powder form that you can combine with water or juice. If you're hungry you supplement it with a raw vegan diet. I got all the nutrients needed daily and it was completely natural--no stimulants, no laxatives, etc. Just good old fashioned fruit, fiber, protein, probiotics and vitamins.
It's pretty tasty and it helped me to not only drop a little weight (mainly water weight), but to start eating healthier.
