Does anyone know who the designer of this dress might be?

I saw it in a bridal magazine, and I cut it out, but then I lost it... It was in an article about floral trends, and it was either trumpet or A-line, and it had a big rose radiating from the hip area. It was just one flower, and the petals covered the rest of the dress. It was SO beautiful!
