I'm seriously considering ordering a dress from either inweddingdress.com or bestdressprice.com, any pros or cons about either? Info about quality of their dresses? Secret shipping charges? Are the dresses really the designer or knockoffs? Etc.

Any info, pictures, stories would be great.

Hi! I spent hours researching sites like inweddingdress.com. There are tons out there! After many days of debating whether or not it will be worth it, I took a leap of faith and I ordered my wedding dress from inweddingdress.com. I ordered the Maggie Sottero Hampton dress from http://www.inweddingdress.com/style-de022.html

I can't wait for it to arrive! It'll arrive in March 2010. I will update my blog and share tons of pictures to let you know how it goes.

Did you end up ordering a dress from this site? if so, please help all of us brides out there by sharing your pictures and experience! I made this blog to compile everybody's experience here: http://bridalbudget.wordpress.com

thanks!

They just do exactly the copies while not designer dress. No brand name on. was not looking for cliche wedding dress for my Mondy wedding but once I tried this dress I was sold! Awesome fit and by the way, I did not have do to any alterations. But I am about 5`9, love it, not too poofy yet, I still looked like a bride, Makes the cleavage look great too and for a winter wedding, you can't go wrong, The material is heavy enough to keep you somewhat warm.

Hello,

I, like you had been debating on whether or not I would order a dress from inweddingdress.com in late January this year. I went ahead and ordered it because I didn't want to spend the $700-$800 dollars it was going to cost me from the designer, especially to only wear it once. Well, I received my dress today. It came a little later than I thought it would because of the Chinese Spring Festival, which they e-mailed me about, but it was truly worth it. My dress is absolutely beautiful!! Granted it came just wrapped in plastic in a regular dark yellow thick delivery envelope, but it is the perfect size, the perfect length and everything. I took it out of the packaging, and after I tried it on, I just hung it up in one of those Plastic zipper bags for clothing that I had left over from my daughter's recital outfit (Lol). The only thing it will probably need is to be steamed to get the few wrinkles out before the wedding. But otherwise, for $260, I am completely satisfied. It's gorgeous!! I think it looks better than the actual designers does, only very minor differences. I'm very happy, and I assure you that I am a real person!!!

Hope this helps, and that you have as good of an experience as I did.
Errika

PLEASE PLEASE do NOT buy from inweddingdress.com.

Their only means of contact is via a contact form they have no address
or phone number which I should of checked before I ordered from them, first rule of internet shopping only buy from a site that displays this info and you can validate it.

I ordered my dress from them and received it a few weeks go. I am now so stressed as the dress they sent was in fact cream when I ordered white. As you can imagine I am having an all white wedding and for my dress to be cream is a disaster. Also there sizing was off.

Through email they are insisting that the dress they sent me is white and even after sending them photos they are still telling me that the dress I received is white. They are basically calling me a liar and say that they do not have to refund my dress as it is white as i ordered.

First they told me that they use a pastel shade of white i.e. it's not pure white but they don't tell you this anywhere on the site, according to them it complements skin tone better. I would like to know how they know better than I what color suits my skin tone.

WIth only 2 months to go I have to now find another dress and am still trying to get satisfaction from them not another worry I need.

BUying from inweddingdress.com is the BIGGEST MISTAKE I have made.
