If your parents are hosting the wedding it would be OK to list just your their names. If FH's parents are hosting (either or both) you really should have their names. If you and FH are hosting, it's kind of free to list no one or everyone. Brides.com has an etiquette section that gives sample wording, which has a model for divorced parents. The sample is for the brides parents but could easily be adapted into the grooms parents.

If your parents are married then they are listed as

Mr and Mrs Homer Simpson

If you are lisiting his parents as well, you include their spouses -

Ross Geller

son of

Mr and Mrs Leo Geller

Mr and Mrs Gunther Green

If his parents are hosting, they should be included on the invite. I included my ILs even though they weren't 'hosting' because it seemed like a nice thing to do and I know that they appreciated it.

My parents are divorced. My dad is remarried, my mom is not. His parents are married. Our invitations read:

Mrs. X,
together with Mr. and Mrs. Y

invite you to the wedding of their daughter,

ABC to DEF,

son of Mr and Mrs. Z.

My parents are divorced and my dad is remarried and mom is not. FH parents never got married and his mom is now married to someone else. It was just to much to write on their and to figure out so we did not include put their names on the invite, just ours.
