Seeking a Beachfront venue in Southern NJ

Hey everyone -

I'm recently engaged and my fiance and I really want a beachfront wedding in NJ. We are very laid back and relaxed, therefore we don't want a stuffy ballroom for our reception. Also, I don't want to be married in the sand, but possibly on a deck/balcony/porch facing the ocean. Any ideas for a venue that will do the ceremony and reception that is a bit more relaxed, airy and open?

I feel like my eyes are gonna pop out of my head !!!! Every day I keep finding new venues online but haven't found the perfect one yet!

Thanks for any advice you can give me

Hi -

I live in Mount Laurel (South Jersey) - about an hour or so from Point Pleasant or Cape May.

I would probably go as far as Delaware.
