Please HELP!! The worst cramps of my LIFE!!

Hi ladies I'd like to know if anyone has ever dealt with
this. So this morning I wake up early to use #1 and I go back to bed and about
15min later out of nowhere I experienced the WORST cramps of my life!! I carefully
went to the restroom to see if it’s that I had to relieve my self and nothing. I
started feeling faint, dizzy, and I felt my whole head was on fire! I was
sweating like a mad man and I don’t sweat very easily. All of a sudden this
huge pain surrounded my vagina and rectum. I was screaming in pain. I
called out for my husband and after 5 minutes it went away. So I returned to
the bed and laid down and for the next hour it kept coming and going until I
took some Advil. After an hour of excruciating pain it all went away. I don’t
have insurance so I called my local health department and they said the
earliest appointment they had was until next Monday! I don’t think it’s that
severe anymore to go the ER but im wandering what the hell is causing this? And
I know it can’t be my period. It’s been 2 weeks. And I have a very regular 28
day cycle and hardly ever get any cramps so what could have caused this? Im
just scared that it'll happen somewhere in public. Yikes! Has anyone else
experience this?

I would of course consult with a doctor as soon as you could. To be it sounds like it is either hormones or maybe just diet. Make sure you are getting plenty of protein, potassium, and vitamin D.

I would definately take that monday appt. to at least see if you can get checked out. it's possible to experience cramps while ovulating, which you may have been doing, but that severe doesn't sound quite right to me...so yeah I'd def. try to get checked out.

First let me say I'm no doctor! I have a lot of female problems and I have had a similar pain like this and it is contributed to Endometriosis. I will have a cyst sometimes rupture and it will put you on your knees! B.C. is supposed to help this condition some, but if you have been on it for a while your body needs a change. I switch mine up every couple of years b/c of this. If you haven't had a pap in a while I highly suggest that too. There are many different things that this could be. The sweating and feeling faint more than likely was contributed to the pain. I hope this helps! Good luck with everything. Keep me posted!

I have had something similar...I had horrible cramps, sweating, dizziness, nausea, and then blacked out. The only thing that helps is being on the pill. When I had this I had gone off the pill for about a month. I have had several tests to see what may be causing it, but there arent any signs of irregularities. So the pill helps!
