Bruises

What do you recommend for bruises? I have a friend who swears by homeopathic products and recommends Arnica Montana (cream or gel only, do not ingest) and/or Pineapple (Bromelain) and Papaya (Papain) in the form of tablets. A recent suggestion, BruiseMD, also came across my desk. What do you use to treat bruises? I would prefer a natural remedy, if one does exist. However, I need to do something. I bruise easily, so this is not a one-shot deal. Perhaps, I need to change my diet, in order to become less susceptible to bruising. Thanks.

When I do something that I KNOW will leave a bruise I try to get ice on it right away. If it's too late, I put rubbing alcohol on it--not so sure it works to fade it but it takes the sting/pain out of it!

I would go by what your friend says I also use Arnia Montana and it works wonders.

Hey,

Ive been using this stuff for a while now and it works wonders. It called bruisemd (b r u i s e m d . c o m) and it has all natural ingredients (pineapple and papaya extracts) and works quickly. I love it for bruises which I often get on my ankles from running. It comes in cream and tablet form so you can pick whichever works best for your needs. Hope that helps!
