So tomorrow is my first session with my personal trainer. I decided that I needed a kick start because I am so stuck right now! I have a year to get into the shape I want so I'm very excited! I hired the hardest trainer I could find for 12 sessions- 1 hour each, 3 times a week. Wish me luck because I have a feeling I will have some trouble walking after tomorrow!
Thanks! So I just got back and OH MY GOD! I'm so sore already... my next one is tomorrow lol. I think she will def. kick me back into shape though. Plus she helps my nutrition. It was very hard, I was dripping in sweat and thought I was going to pass out but I loved it!
