You can give them a general idea of what you like if you really want them to be consistent, like asking them to do updos or leave their hair long, but I don't think it's necasary to have them with the exact same do. Let me them wear their hair the way they like and the way they feel like it looks good.

If all up I'd go for a simple french twist in the back and curls on top. The hard part won't be finding one for both textures, it will be a stylist that can do both types of hair. Good luck! Why want to have the same hairstyle? They could have different hairstyles, but with a common element in it, such as the same flowers, of feathers...
