Using Rose in Hair

I want to wear my hair similar to this, but I don't know what to do with the rose so it doesn't wilt:

My ceremony is at 2p, and my hair is getting done around 11am, but my reception will be at 5:30pm.  I really want it to look good for pictures throughout the day.  I looked in to using a silk, but I don't like them and can't find a red that I like.  Sooo, do I use some kind of vial from the florist to keep it hydrated while it's in my hair?  Do I take roses along with me and switch them when it starts to wilt? ANy other suggestions?

Yes on both counts.  Using a water tube with a bit of hydroflo (kinda like Viagra for roses) is probably your best bet, seeing as in a hiarstyle like the one posted, your hair would cover it.  Mist the rose well with water before placing it in the hair as well...that will also help.  But, if you're outside in the sun, heat, or humidity, there's a chance the rose will still begin to wilt.  Keeping a few extra on hand is always a good idea.
